Please fill in the form below as completely as possible to attend one of the Afterschool Workshops including the Content Workshops for Slavery in New York and the Teacher Open Houses for Slavery in New York sponsored by JPMorganChase. All workshops take place at the New-York Historical Society and are from 4–6 PM. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. You must fill out one form for each event you would like to attend. PLEASE NOTE: These events are open only to teachers.
